Winter Chia Yogurt Parfait
Winter wonderland on the plate
Ingredients;
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- 1 persimmon, sliced
- handful raspberries
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- red currant for decoration
Directions;
- mix yogurt with Chia seeds. Leave for few minutes.
- arrange all the fruits on the top of yogurt-Chia mixture
- sprinkle sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds on the top
