Wake-up 20-minute Circuit
This is 20-minute no gym circuit training for busy people. Set your alarm 20 minutes early, sneak in into your living room and get awaken with this good morning whole body circuit training.
Location – any quiet, spacious room at your home
Equipment– one chair
Time– 20 minutes
Calories burned– 350
Here is your 2-minute long warm-up;
- Jumping jacks
- Sprints on the spot
- Scissors
- Squats
Perform each of these exercises for 15 seconds and do as many repetitions you can.
Repeat one more time with no breaks in-between sets.
Your 20-minute morning circuit;
- Push-ups x 10 repetitions
- Russian twists x 20 repetitions
- Squat with punch on the top L,R x 10
- Chair Triceps dip x 10
- Low lunge L, R x 10
- Burpees x 10
After you have finished your first circuit repeat all of it one more time, but this time at much higher intensity.
As you can see, it will not take long time but it will definitely wake you up, give energy boost for whole day and set your body on burning mode from first early hours. I have done mine already today. Now it is your turn.
