If you are fan of sweet potatoes here is something for you that you are going to love. Dear mom’s sweet potatoes are one of the best natural weight loss foods.

They contain high amount of fiber, they are low calorie with super high amount of water. Put all of it together and you have an amazing food for weight loss.

Fiber – high fiber content in sweet potatoes means that they will take a lot of space in your stomach. You will feel full for longer and it will prevent you from overeating. Fiber is really slowly digested which means again you won’t feel hungry for long time so again – no overeating.

Low calorie – another bonus if you are on weight loss track

High water content – by eating foods with high water (like sweet potatoes) you will make yourself full. That means it will stop you from overeating and snacking between meals.

This recipe is masterpiece. I have eliminated everything heavy and creamy, switching it to lighter replacements.
