It is low in calories, light and extremely tasty drink.
Christmas is almost here. A magical, spiritual, full of festive food time. Once a year, we are letting it go, forgetting about diets, and restrictions.
You know what? It actually seams wrong refusing traditional Christmas pudding just because you are trying to lose weight.
I am not encouraging you to overeat all of it either. Just be reasonable. Try all, taste all and enjoy this time.
What I do to allow myself a little bit of craziness on the day is to keep things lighter two weeks before Christmas. I am drinking a lot of water, and most of my food consists of vegetables and fruits. I cut on carbs and fats.
Most of my meals are light and simple, just like this raspberry breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients;
Serves 4
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- ½ lime juice
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- ½ cup milk
Simply blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
