Start your day right from the beginning and everything will fall in the place. Getting your body well feed  is not so simple. most of us is making the same mistake- not eating enough, not eating right or not eating at all in the morning.

Properly fed body will pay you back big time.

Oats are quick, right choice for breakfast. I present you my favourite overnight oats packed with proteins, fiber, good carbs and more;

3.Almond porridge with honey roasted peaches

One of my favourite, especially now when peach season is just about to start. It requires a little bit more work but it is worth it. Roasted peaches, honey, oats. Heaven, real heaven.

4. Apricots Walnut Almond Protein Oats0overnight apricot oats

have you ever had your oats with apricots? i say it is about time to give it a go. All you need is;

– 2 tablespoons of dry oats

– 4 apricots

– handful of walnuts

– Goji berries- just few

– 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt

– 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds

– 1 teaspoon of almonds flakes

Mix all ingredients together and leave overnight in the fridge.

5. Berry Nuts Overnight Oats

This is post workout heaven.

– 2 tablespoons of dry oats

– 1/2 cup of almond milk

– 1 tablespoon of peacons

– 1 teaspoon of almonds flakes

– 1/3 cup of blackberries

– 1/3 cup of blueberries

 Now tell me that that you don’t have time or idea for quick, well balanced breakfast. use one of those and you will have amazing and productive day, you will be buzzing with energy and good mood. Your body will get slimmer, toner, lighter. Give it a go. Only one hard decision – which one will you have first?
