Things Weren’t Always Easy For Me…
Before I ever achieved even a tiny taste of success, there were a lot of roadblocks.
So many times I was ready to throw in the towel.
Nearly for three years I battled with polycystic ovaries, hormonal therapy endless visits to hospitals and as a result battle with weight gain
All of that was just so we could get pregnant.
No amount of exercises would take my weight down, but to be honest back then I was not sure what I was doing in a gym.
I was so desperate to lose weight I was ready to try about anything making my workouts chaotic, unplanned and as a result unsuccessful.
My diet was not much better with my believe that cutting on food would give me the results I was after.
What was I doing wrong?
Why was I struggling so much?
The Turning Point For Me
Was Finding A Mentor.
I decided to get back on track. I found a mentor who was a Personal Trainer and she helped me to realize I already have all the knowledge and skills to pull through.
She helped me to believe in myself and that how my adventure has started.
Before that I was obsessed with finding a quick fix solution, when the real answer was to find slower but consistent approach by changing my lifestyle permanently. And I have loved it since.
I had a healthy baby girl and healthy, fast and effective post pregnancy weight loss.
All of that has given me fit, lean body, passion and no other health problems. Also I got pregnant with my second baby as planned without any issues.
Although I put a lot of weight during my second pregnancy, way more than recommended, I lost it all without any sacrifice within short period of time thanks to with my knowledge and experience.
Fast Forward
To Today…
I am truly satisfied with my life. I am fit and healthy. I can enjoy any food I want without any guilt trips.
I have two wonderful children and loving husband.
Fitness and healthy eating are my life passion and helping others to achieve their goals, seeing their joy with the results and celebrating their victories is just wonderful!
