Mango Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients;
Base
- 1 cup of mango
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup of almond milk
Extras
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
- 1,5 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
- 3 walnuts cut into tiny peaces
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
Topping
- 2 strawberries
- 3 blackberries
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
- 1 passion fruit
- 5 raspberries
Directions;
- Base
- – 1 cup of mango
- – 1 frozen banana

- – in the blender blend together almond milk, mango and frozen banana
- – ready smoothie mixture pour into bowl
- – mix together all of your seeds(all your extras) and spread on left top side of your smoothie
- – in the middle of your bowl place your extras- fruits and coconut flakes creating final touch
