World is going crazy, but yes, this is right. Healthy lemonade taste breakfast that will give you good start and keep you full.
Don’t you love lemonade? The taste of summer, hot weather drink that brings memories of sunny days even during the most dull, rainy and cold Scottish days. Yes, if you ever happen to visit Scotland you will be surprised to discover that the weather can change in matter of minutes here.
Expect rain at any time, any day, even if sun is up.
If you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes.
I am telling you, full 4 seasons in one afternoon is a norm. We do whatever we can to bring even a glimpse of sun to our days here. I like to brighten up my day right from the start.
Oh yes. Sweet, juicy mango, firm but yet sweet blueberries with a zesty kiss.
Ingredients;
Smoothie
- 1 cup of mango – chopped
- 2/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of whey
Parfait;
- 1 ½ cup of blueberries
- 1 mango chopped – bite size cubes
- 1 cup of pecans
Directions;
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place layers of mango, blueberries and pecans in 2 medium or 4 small jars/ glasses.
- Pour the smoothie in.
- Decorate with some fresh blueberries, pecans and fresh mango cubes.
Option! For boosting your metabolism sprinkle with cinnamon.
