Magic of Chia and Berry Breakfast
Create truly magical breakfast with just three ingredients. High in protein, vitamins and minerals, nutritious and tasty.
Ingredients;
- 3 tbsp of Chia seeds
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of blueberries
Directions;
- soak chia seeds in milk and leave for 20 minutes. Blueberries blend and mix with chia and milk.
- decorate with some fresh blueberries, almonds flakes and pumpkin seeds.
