Ingredients; 

  • 3 tbsp of Chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of blueberries

Directions; 

  • soak chia seeds in milk and leave for 20 minutes. Blueberries blend and mix with chia and milk.
  • decorate with some fresh blueberries, almonds flakes and pumpkin seeds.
