Yummy, will be in my tummy today! It looks and feels summery and is really refreshing thanks to the coconuts and pineapple blend. Yes, yes and yes.
This is your ultimate secret weapon against bloating and sticking out belly. A protein packed weapon.
Have it in the morning, mid-day, after your workout and even at midnight. It is skinny but yet rich full of good stuff.
Coconut and pineapple is my way to bring some sunshine and tropical summer madness into the silly season. This combination with its exotic set up always works and brightens up my day.
There is no sugar added and it is dairy free too. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare and less than 1 to drink it (if you are really in the hurry).
Coconut pineapple Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients;
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapples cubes
- 1 ½ cup of coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of flax seeds
Simply put all ingredients into blender and blend for 1 minute.
One serving contains almost 10g (0.35oz) of protein. No bad for one smoothie.
