Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

Kiwi-strawberry smoothie will give you massive vitamin C injection and they taste very nice together. With a touch of fresh basil you will create heavenly and tasty smoothie.
Strawberry –kiwi combination improves digestion, fills your stomach nicely keeping you full for long time without the heave feeling as there are hardly any calories in it.

Ingredients;
Strawberry layer;
- 2 cups of strawberries
- Handful of fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Teaspoon of fresh ginger
Kiwi layer;
- 3 kiwis
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of whey
Bled each kiwi and strawberry layer ingredients separately in a blender. Pour into glasses of your choice strawberry layer first followed by kiwi layer.
