Healthy Chocolate Mousse
Do you know how to make a healthy and nutritious chocolate mousse?
Of course by making it yourself using only high quality products and ingredients.
First of all use only low sugar or sugar free products. The last thing you want in your dessert is tones of artificial sweeteners and conservants. Use raw cocoa powder, honey, natural Greek yoghurt.
This dessert is creamy but still light in calories and fat. Easy to make and fast. Good news is it can stay in fridge for up to 4-5 days.
Nothing complicated about it as you are simply putting all ingredients into one blender.
Ingredients;
- 1 natural Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp raw cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- handful of crashed walnuts
Directions;
- put all ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until your dessert is thick
- put into serving cups
- using spoon on the top of coca layer place some natural yoghurt
- decorate with raspberries and mind
- sprinkle with some cocoa powder
