Spring is here, air smell so nice and fresh. Everywhere you look there is spring popping. I am taking advantage of light felling around me, and transferring it to my plate. Light, juicy, nutritious and fresh food.
Green beans are amazing tool for weight loss. They are low in fat and high in fiber. Green beans are just a right thing to add to your diet.
If you are trying to loose weight and stay healthy, green beans is just a right thing to add to your diet.
Raspberries are delicate, high in water, low in calories. They also are high in fiber and full of essential nutrition’s. They will boost your digestion, will help immune system and support weight loss.

Here is how to make it;
Ingredients;
– 1 pound of green beans, trimmed
– 1 cup of raspberries
– ½ cup of walnuts, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 garlic clove, chopped
– 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
– Pinch of salt
– Pinch of pepper]1 tablespoon of butter
Directions;
– chop walnuts
– cook green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes
– remove from heat, drain water and raise them with cold one
– Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in large pan. Add chopped walnuts and cook for 2 minutes
– Add 2 spoons of olive oil. Toss into the pan garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring all the time.
– Now add cooked green beans. Season with Herbs de Provence, salt and pepper.
– Hold on heat for 2 minutes
– Take of heat, add raspberries
– Ready
