Who has time and energy to make fancy breakfast on a weekday? Definitely not me, and if you are a mom like me, probably you to. For us- moms, goal number one is to save as much time as possible in the morning.
To safe that precious minutes, make – ahead healthy Fruit and Yoghurt Breakfast Parfait. Mix it up with seeds, some nuts and it is ready. Prepare it day before, store in the fridge and in the morning just dig in.

- ½ cup of Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup of fresh fruits of your choice
- 2 teaspoons of flex seeds
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Teaspoon of nuts mix
- Into glass put layers of fruits and yoghurt. Sprinkle top with flex seeds and honey.
