It is thick, tasty, sugar-less, high in protein and good post workout carbs. All to rebuild and repair.


It is simple just put all ingredients into blender, press start and wait 1-2 minutes. Ready.




  • 1 banana (may be previously frozen)
  • 1scoop of whey protein
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa ( dark made of 100% cocoa beans)
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter

Probably you could skip it if your workout is light like a jog, squash or tennis. This kind of smoothie will be beneficial for you if you are doing intense workout. Heavy, intense or have run for long-distance.
