Chicken, prawns and Bacon Paella

Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 tsp parsley
3 bacon rashes
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
1 cup prawns
1 red paprika, chopped
1 tbsp tomato puree
3 cups chicken stock
1 cup basmati rice
½ cup frozen peas
1 lemon
Peel and slice garlic cloves
Peel and chop carrot, onion and parsley
Cut chicken and bacon into cubes
Heat up coconut oil/olive oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic, onion, carrot, parsley, bacon, chicken and prawns for 5 minutes. Keep stirring.
Season with salt and pepper
Add tomato puree and chicken stock
Add in rice and cook for 15 minutes on small heat
At the end of cooking, add peas. Decorate with fresh parsley. Serve with fresh lemon.
