Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie
Energy blast with Cantaloupe, strawberries and some mint.
Make this smoothie as a dessert in just few moments.
Even though it is only May, I am 100% in summer mood right now. My thoughts are months ahead, picturing myself lying in the sun with refreshing smoothie in my hand.
Not long before there will be strawberry season too. I can’t wait.
I came across a nice sweet smelling bunch of strawberries yesterday during my shopping. Right next to them was big selection of melons. Those two make perfect combination of energy boosting, refreshing, slimming meal. With a touch of mint, it is ready.
Don’t mix them together. Prepare cantaloupe layer first. Use frozen banana to make it thicker and creamier. Pour into glass and then prepare strawberry layer.
Having it this way you will have much fun. If you decide to serve them to your guests, add funny straws, decorate with fresh strawberries and you will impress everyone.
