It is all about finding right balance and ingredients. Cantaloupe is so sweet and full of flavour, that I like it as the only ingredient in my water. Sometimes I will add some mint to give it more freshness and cooling feeling.
Ice is necessary, as icy cold drinks are helping to lose weight faster.

Cantaloupe infused water is quick and simple in preparation.
You will need;
- 1 cantaloupe
- 2 cups of ice
- Juice jar
- Water to fill in jar
- Few mint leaves
Remove skin and seeds from cantaloupe, cut fruit into cubes and put into juice jar. Fill in with water and put into fridge for 1 hour to cool down. Add some ice and it is ready. Your low calorie summer drink.
