Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal’s;




3 cups of apple juice

1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

1 1/2 cups of quick oats

1/2 cup of chopped apple

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/4 cup of raisins

1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

4 tbsp of fat free vanilla yogurt




  1. Combine apple juice and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in oats, chopped apple, maple syrup and raisins.
  3. Reduce heat and cook until most of juice is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Fold in walnuts.
  4. Top each bowl with a tablespoon of yogurt.
