  • 2 tbsp of wholegrain oats
  • 2 tbsp of low fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon of almond flakes
  • 1 strawberry
  • ½ lemon skin
  • ½ cup of water

Directions;

  • Put oats in food container, add all ingredients from a list (you may leave some blueberries for decoration).
  • Cover it up, put in the fridge and leave overnight
  • In the morning, stir it.
