5 Minute Spinach Omlette
Do you like your meals green? I do, especially this one. Spinach is the king of all the greens. Full of nutritious stuff and light in calories.
Ingredients;
- 1 cup of spinach
- 2 shallots chopped
- 1 garlic clove – crushed
- 1 slice of turkey bacon
- 4 egg whites
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper
- optional some goat cheese or feta cheese
Directions;
- Heat up frying pan, sprinkle it with few drops of olive oil and when hot reduce heat to medium.
- Toss in shallots and garlic and cook for 45 seconds
- Then add your spinach, seasoned with salt and pepper
- Add turkey bacon and keep on heat for another minute
- At the end of the cooking pour in eggs on top of your spinach
- When the edges thicken a little, lift them up so some of the uncooked egg gets underneath
- You can sprinkle it with some parmesan cheese at the end
