5 Minute Spinach Omlette

Do you like your meals green? I do, especially this one. Spinach is the king of all the greens. Full of nutritious stuff and light in calories.

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 shallots chopped
  • 1 garlic clove – crushed
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • optional some goat cheese or feta cheese




  • Heat up frying pan, sprinkle it with few drops of olive oil and when hot reduce heat to medium.
  • Toss in shallots and garlic and cook for 45 seconds
  • Then add your spinach, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Add turkey bacon and keep on heat for another minute
  • At the end of the cooking pour in eggs on top of your spinach
  • When the edges thicken a little, lift them up so some of the uncooked egg gets underneath
  • You can sprinkle it with some parmesan cheese at the end
