Body Sculpting Training
It is time for transformation, your body makeover. Not one body part but whole body focused workout. It is easy to perform, zero equipment. Look around you and use anything you can find to perform this workout. Step, bench, playground, tree branch. Anything will do.
Perform each of below movements in three sets around 10-15 repetitions. Rest as much as you need.
- Lunge forward with hands over head
2. Narrow legs low squat pulses- hands up
3. Double leg jump on bench
4. Knee-elbow touch
5. Double leg side to side jump
6. Opposite leg-arm ankle touch
7. Donkey kick
8. Pull ups
