1000 Calorie Home post Christmas Workout

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a lovely time and Santa has been good to you.
I had amazing time with my family, friends and loved ones.

For me it was all about celebrating without feeling guilty at the table. The last thing you want at Christmas meal is to count calories. You shouldn’t.
Ones a year it is about trying it all, enjoying it and feeling amazing. Even if you ate more than normal and scale is slightly up, it is ok. You will burn it all. Easily.

With this 1000 calorie killer workout you can do it. It is home-based workout which will take you no more than 40 minutes. It will fly by.

I am not going to lie to you. It is intense and hard, so if you are new newbie split it in half or take more brakes.

Just do as much as you can on day 1 and day 2. On the following days add on one more or two extra exercises from list and eventually you are going to do the whole workout.

If you are advanced and exercises are no strange to you, try to do as much from that list as you possibly can without stopping.

Rest times and brakes are ok, and it is up to you when you are going to “squeeze” them in.
Even if it means stopping for a few seconds after each exercise, it is ok.
